I've not actually had too much spicy food or booze yet, but I may end up getting shitfaced on Hennessey shortly.

Feckin' awesome - XO on tap eh? Filth!
My only gripe here is that you've not filled your boots already. I'd be hoovering the stuff up faster than your average Vax by now.

I suppose a cheeky Monte Cristo Tubos is out of the question? That would complete the frankly idyllic scenario upon which you now find yourself. :D

Ah, its Courvoisier XO. Still, that'll do.

The reason I'm not hoovering it up is twofold - (1) I want to be allowed on the plane and (2) I don't want to be shitfaced on a 14 hour flight and hungover halfway through :)

Smoking inside in Singapore? I think you get put to death for that.

I went off for 30 minutes having a chat with someone I knew (get me meeting someone I know in Singapore airport, eh. I AM AN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESSMAN ON AN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS TRIP), come back and the bottle of XO's disappeared! Cunts!

And now the lounge is too busy for the aircon to cope, and it's too hot and smelly.

I demand a refund on the price of the business class tickets I didn't pay.

Right. Yeah. Um. This, as games go, is "interesting". It is a bit on the low end of the production budget visualswise, but you are a zombie hunting cheerleader with a chainsaw. By randomly mashing buttons you do all sorts of attacks and stuff, and the voiceover antics are quite amusing, in a Buffy without the teenage angst way. And, seemingly at strange intervals, Toni Basil's "Hey Mickey" starts playing. It's quite amusing.

Oh, they weren't last night. Be really carefully then, we had loads of snow dumped on us last night. Joan's had to abandon the car and walk to the house with Sam. Perhaps they've had chance to clear the main roads now.

Thats when you activate special mode - i think by pulling both triggers - you get more hearts and the enemies sorta go into bullet time

You should see a power bar which slowly charges in the top right corner to get to that

CCTV destruction games in Berlin.

I like this for several reasons, but the top one is probably that if you're dressed in black, masked and ripping down surveillance cameras with a grappling hook, you're almost Batman.

What silly fools like that don't realise is that, more commonly than not, CCTV is a requirement for a business's property insurance and is fuck all to do with surveillance at all.

Operation "take iphone 4 apart and put it back together again and have it still work" was a resounding success.
Operation "fix iphone 4 home button" less so. Now with the new button in it doesn't work at all, woo! :D I suspect it is a fault in the logic board side of the connector rather than the button itself, which is a bit or an arse, as that isn't replaceable.

I'll whack it on ebay under spares or repair and see what it goes for.
