Not even had my Logitech G500 mouse for three months, and already the kinks in the braiding around the cord (where it was folded up into its packaging) have split and the cord is coming through. In contrast, the Microsoft Intellimouse Optical (as handed down to my by DocG) is still in perfect condition, over a decade later.

Davpaz a cravat expert? I fucking knew it! Cut that man in half and he'd have "cravat" running all the way through him.

What do I want for my birthday? I've lost inspiration. I've currently just got a subscription to 2000AD on the list. I can't even be bothered to get the new Walking Dead compendium, as I've read books 9-16 in Waterstones. Silly me.

I have this every year... No one ever knows what to get me and I buy stuff all year anyway. I think I might set up an Amazon wishlist for the future.

I did that, and then bought everything on it!

I think I'm going to resort to asking the kids what they'd like, and then getting that.

I ask for restaurant vouchers, which was my answer when my mum asked this very question last night. It means a few close-to-free nights out for me and Mrs B and it's cool to see all these vouchers hanging off the pin board and reminding us that there are good meals on the horizon.
