If Punabaya is innocent he needs to start talking.

He is causing confusion and pulling focus, I can't see how this benefits the Town.

Wow. I feel less thick now. OK, after a bit of a read of the roles I think I'm in a better position to judge who's been acting crazy for the right and wrong reasons.

I know have a clearer idea of who may be in a group, and so I'm going to align my voting with people who make sense.

[vote:Dudley]

No vote for me just yet, until I can come to a bit of a clearer picture.

Except he's not, really: he's put himself in a position which makes it almost impossible for him to win regardless of what he does. If he just investigates normally he's a claimed cop and mafia/joker will try and kill him, and if that doesn't happen he'll be lynched eventually anyway because he's going to look suspicious just by being alive. It follows that he has no real reason to be interested in us; he can't really expect to act as a flawless cop through the game with any reasonable chance of survival. Claiming the Penguin is an exceptionally silly thing to do if you really are the Penguin, which ironically is what makes it such a safe claim. In fact it's a perfect safe claim, and we know SS would attempt to go for a character possibly not in the game because he just did so with Alfred.

None of this makes any sense.

If he is who he says he is, he's the doctor's best protectee for the entire game and we probably have a doctor. Proof of who he is comes very quickly if we act on a suggestion of his and it's right. He won't be killed because he's protected, he wins, so do we. He won't be lynched as soon as we find out he's right.

He's got, at a rough calc, over half chance of winning with this idea. 70% we've got a doc and unless we're idiot enough to lynch them he's safe if the doc protects him.

Enough is enough, with Lars Freaking Ulrich.

Also: as much as I still feel Vegetables is scum, I dont really feel he is on anyone elses radar, and the association with Malc is one I'm uneasy with, as he seems to be such a "loose cannon" right now. I'm not re-voting for Malc, but I am highly wary oh him - I'm happy for him to prove either way with whatever he investigates tonight - and if he will allow a town concensus (say, 6 people or more choosing the same person) which draws up a scum, we might be better off than just axing Malc.

If malc is innocent I would suspect he would investigate vegetables tonight just for how much he has gone after him throughout the day.

That's certainly my plan at the moment. And partly why I switched my vote.

As explained by my first post today, you and Dudley were the two main suspicions for me, so by taking a chance and believing you, I have therefore switched my vote to Dudley. Dudders has not yet commented on this. Something which I invite him to do.

Veg is a little on mine just because he's simply not stupid enough to actually believe that bollocks post about the penguin being useless and dead. Assuming we believe Malc (and I do) the Mafia REALLY want him dead because with just a tiny bit of luck he becomes an invincible mafia hunting machine. At the VERY least as the town he deserves time. If it looks like we're going to lose we'll lynch him out of spite in a couple of days just to fuck his win condition ;)

Pundy's not massively suspicious to me but I'm happy to leap on a Image because the town probably needs to lynch. I think I'd rather lynch Veg but I'd be even happier if Malc would agree to investigate HIM tonight just to see what happens.

If lacey is mafia, someone in the mafia would have done the screenie for him.

I'm not a fan of commenting on votes, neither has any historical member of my family been. I prefer to demonstrate that I'm interested in the town winning by actions.

If it really looks like I'm getting lynched one day I will spill any/all knowledge that suits my primary and/or secondary win conditions. Until then I shall continue to work from them on the basis you're not ALL idiots, even if your relatives didn't spot any of my uncle's excellent puns. I still have the remains of his lycra on my wall you know. Chuffing hero he was.

As requested.

Not voted: bobbyaro, craig, craster, dudley, mimi, richardgaywood, rodafowa, sheepeh, tsumuch

With 21 players alive and not making little chalk marks on walls, 11 votes are required for a lynch and 16 votes for another night of high drama.

does anyone else not see a little group within this game so far?

lacesensor, malc, dudley and comical have all been backing up their own theories together whilst also helping to put any doubt behind them when they are pressured in the voting or by stupid mistakes. Im actually coming to think the screenshot was a mock-up and the only reason lace wasnt killed was that it would put the rest of the mafia in a shit position.

hmm here's why I'm doing this [vote:pundabaya]

Look at HappyBush's day 1 vote count.

Pundy, zardoz, runcle.

All votes for Lacey yesterday, Malc today.

What do these two have in common? They're townies that have outed themselves and had a run on them. I think they didn't unvote because THAT would have twigged people maybe. Now MerryShrub has posted the counts next to each other I find that incredibly interesting.

All are good targets, Pundy looks like getting lynched so he gets the actual vote.

also the two quick votes of malc and lace on pundabaya is also fishy.

another of the group i said voting for pundabaya, im not suprised. and why would unvoting lace look suspicious after the screenshot, alot of people didnt. anyway looking back Ive noticed the group currently conspiring on pundabaya didnt vote for lace yesterday, not a coincidence.

This would be the comicalgnomes I spent the first 2 days trying to lynch until Malc's disclosure (which is certainly convincing enough to be given time to prove) made me stop? That "little group"?

If Malc proves to be wrong I'll be straight back on Comical.

Assuming of course I'm not bumped off tonight, but I'm pretty certain I've laid the seeds of townie victory here. Malc, you can still do veg if you like but it might be worth investigating Mr Runcle if we do lynch Pundy and turn out to be right.

comical was never in fear of a lynch and just seperated any link between you's two.

why should we trust malc out of anyone after his dodgy claims today, you sticking up for him again makes you look like your in cahoots. and if malcs wrongs? why would you go to comical rather than malc? this does put doubt on me putting comical in your group.

Before this goes too far, if anyone is voting for Pundy because they think he's being 'weird', stop it. If you think he's lying, fair enough.

oh I almost forgot I wonder why me and vegetables should be the ones up for investigating when really we've only targetted malc, lace yesterday was pretty much just a shot in the wind saved by a dodgy screenshot. Why shouldnt you be up for investigation with you claims aswell? and also apparently im sticking up for pundabaya whose made quite a secretive role claim, whereas your sticking up for malc whose made a very doubtful mistaken filled actual role claim, I know which one looks the more suspicious.

Straight back to comical after Malc's inevitable lynching, obv.

oh I almost forgot I wonder why me and vegetables should be the ones up for investigating when really we've only targetted malc, lace yesterday was pretty much just a shot in the wind saved by a dodgy screenshot. Why shouldnt you be up for investigation with you claims aswell? and also apparently im sticking up for pundabaya whose made quite a secretive role claim, whereas your sticking up for malc whose made a very doubtful mistaken filled actual role claim, I know which one looks the more suspicious.

Because Vegetables was crying for a Malc lynch. If he's telling the truth, he's the mafia's #1 target because he can out them 1 by 1. You are only if I'm right about Pundy, which is sensible since you have identical block style voting pattern with him.

He's absolutely allowed to investigate me. It'll show I've been telling the truth, you'll say "Oh look he's only investigating townies, how convenient" and we'll be back here tomorrow. I don't think Punabaya's made any role claim. I think he, along with 2 others has been block voting known townies. I'm sticking up for Malc because the evidence currently supports him and if he's lying he'll be found out near instantly. I believe he should be given the chance to do so.

Malc has made a reasoned, rational roleclaim supported by what evidence we have and easily determined fully in short order. Pundabaya is part of a fairly seriously suspected block voting cull and is now silent while another of those cronies tries to twist evidence (like claiming I'm voting for pundy on the basis of a role claim, which is exactly what I didn't say) to try and get out of that.

Couldn't agree more.

Oh Dudley, you are so very misguided. I'd have thought anyone with any sense could see who I am. Well, I guess even if I don't get lynched, the Mafia will kill me. Unless the unthinkable happens, and I get a reason to live.

Do you think I'd look good in tights?

Oh well.

Wait until it fades to black
Ride into the sunset
Would I lie to you?
Well, I've got something to say
Grab your six-gun from your back
Throttle the ignition
Would I die for you?
Well here's your answer in spades

Shotgun sinners
Wild eyed jokers
Got you in my sights
Gun it while I'm holding on

After all is said and done
Climb out from the pine box
Well I'm asking you
'Cause she's got nothing to say
The angels just cut out her tongue
Call her black Mariah
Would I lie to you?
That girl's not right in the brain

Mass convulsions
Strike the choir
By the grace of God
Gun it while I'm holding on

But don't stop if I fall
And don't look back
Oh baby don't stop
Bury me and fade to black

Really deep, huh.

*wipes away his tears, then strikes his gong once, twice, three times... then falls silent.*

theres so much bullshit in here I dont know where to start.

The constant faith in malc all the way through is unbelieveable. on the basis hes the biggest threat to the mafia is based on that hes actually penguin which has not been proven and is still very doubtful, Im not sure why you have no doubt in him at all, oh wait thats because you dont want to imply any reason to doubt him because hes in your mafia group.

I like how youv'e described both you and malc as 'telling the truth' in your post. And of course any investigation he brings back are going to be townie roles, its the only way to keep his fake role up.

pundabaya has clearly made a role claim, and its took a few other people some time in realising this and I would have thought yourself would have spotted and Im sure you have and I think by denying this role claim your trying to put it in other players minds that he hasnt done a role claim at all and the votes for him will continue.

'I'm sticking up for Malc because the evidence currently supports him and if he's lying he'll be found out near instantly'

what evidence? theres no evidence at all, and how wil we find out he's lying? your just making baseless comments putting full faith in malc trying to get people to think the same way.

'Malc has made a reasoned, rational roleclaim supported by what evidence we have and easily determined fully in short order.'

this quote comes soon after the previous one, apparently malc has been reasoned and rational, has he fuck.
theres another bit going on about the evidence that proofs his role claim which is none. pretty much repeating the last quote just to try and really nail it in peoples heads that malc isnt a bad guy.

and pundabaya you emo cunt, if there really is a doctor they should be looking after your suicidal self.

Can't believe I was so stupid as to not see Pundys role. I also can't believe Dudley is still pushing for Pundys lynching.
