People have a right to enjoy the creative efforts of others without compensating them for it, though. And then complain when no more indie films or games get made as it's just not paying the bills.

I still don't get what folk are worried about. If they log your IP so what? If you download a torrent you're broadcasting it to every cunt anyway. Them having it on a list is irrelevant.
