Day One
Day Two
Day Three
Day Four
Day Five
Day Six
Day Seven
Day Eight
Day Nine
Day Ten
Day Eleven

For the next 25 days I will post my adventures in this thread, like an advent calendar.

As it is 11:30 pm and I have only just thought of this idea, today's entry is pretty short. In fact, today's entry consists merely of me thinking of this idea and using a mobile phone to take a hurried camera shot of me, the moment the thought hit, but the first day of an advent calendar is always rubbish.

A proper advent adventure shall be yours tomorrow.

I think a picture of a different sweet each day would be a great addition too.

Good show Mimi!

Thankyou for the welcome, everyone! Mimi said I should get my own account, so I have done that.

There will be at least one photo or something else (Hopefully) funneh for each day of advent.

I will post the next calendar window later on today!

I have had puppets with legs. Your hand just goes up a hole in their back. However, I am sure that you have no rear hole, though, so I de-puppet you.

I would positively encourage this! :)

Dear Mr C,

If you wish to use that moniker, please resist the temptation to refer to Mrs C as 'Mary' during the festive period.

Yours,

Cylon Avatar cannot celebrate Christmas. Cylon Avatar is unhappy and will now exterminate a small civilization in order to cheer himself up, whilst looking forward to the further advent-ures of Monkey.

DAY 2 OF ADVENT MONKEY

Hello friends of excellence!

Today my advent adventure entailed playing videogames.

Image

Specifically I have a jam session with James Brown, Mick Jagger, Bob Dylan, Roy Orbison and Santa. We tried to make a bell-filled rendition of 'Jingle Bell Rock' and I recorded a little video for you:

(Yes, that's Buddha and the devil passing each other on the pavement outside my flat. It's an odd neighbourhood.)

Oops, I posted as the wrong person, then. Tell Mimi to log out properly. :munkeh:

Who is that on the cymbals? I wish to sign him (though judging by the meaningful glances being shot in his direction from the xylophone, I might have to bitch slap a mii for it).

That's Bob Dylan - Mr tambourine man, no less! If you mean the guy with the jingle bells that's Mick Jagger.

Dear Monkey, I had a dream last night that you were singing in a children's school nativity thing, while Mimi looked on adoringly at you.

We will have to have an extra good Advent Adventure today. We are going out with the camera, we shall try to find you in the place that we go to, or if not, to find the person or thing we think looks like or most represents you :munkeh:

I don't know, we haven't been there yet, but I doubt there'll be any tramps there. It will probbaly be something nicer than a tramp - more Christmassy I hope. Maybe a tramp in a santa hat.
