Be Excellent To Each Other

I've been helping decorate an atticy 'games room' lounge / snug kind of room and I've been asked to find some chairs for it. I have an idea of the type of thing I want but I can't think of the right name for it or where I could get two.

My idea is to get a pair of sofa-ish armchairs. A comfy man's chair that's a good height for sitting too close to the tv and playing games with home theatre sound until 6am.

So I'd like the seat height to be a little taller than your typical soft squishy suite. I've sat on some sofas recently that seem to be barely off the ground. I don't see how folks can get out of them.

It needs to have arms; not for drinks but something reasonably spongy so tired folks can lean against them and drool while sitting through horrible RPGs.

They've got to have a reasonably tall back. A lot of what I've described so far could lead towards tub chairs or accent chairs, but they always seem to have ridiculously low backs that would dig into the spine of somebody watching a movie.

Preferably plain coloured fabric. No stripes or flowers. No leather.

The requirement is that they have to fit through a door 63 cm wide so they either need to be narrow or dismantleable.

Does this kind of chair have a name? "Armchair for games room"?

Sounds something like a wingback armchair, or a lounge chair. Ikea do high-back armchairs.

Google image search lounge chair or high back armchair and start from there, I'd say.
