I am partial to a French fancy. Someone at work had some the other day that were cocktail drink flavoured. They were ace.

Chocolate? Or are you one of the wrongy wrong heads that thinks they're all the same flavour and just different colours?

Apple Pie, I've stopped eating them a few years ago because I could easily eat 2 or 3 with a cuppa.

Although the pink ones are best.

All cake is good. But I'm as good at distinguishing flavours as I am at recognising faces.

Specifically cake, or am I allowed the gingerbread whirls (seasonal variant of the Viennese Whirls)?

Those are superb.

My job used to be ordering Kipling cakes (and other cakes) for a thousand stores, so I think I've tried most, if not all, and those are the ones that stand out in my mind.

I agree with Wookie that the lemon are the best of the non-seasonal Fancies though, as the lemon just balances out the over-sweetness. The chocolate are the worst as they taste nothing like chocolate.

Look, forget Mistet Kipling. Crooked Kipling couldn't bake any cakes. People say I make the best cakes. They're YUGE.

The off switch is next to the on switch.

Not thought about these for years, to be honest I thought they had stopped making them as I don't remember seeing them in supermarkets much these days. Guess there are so many options in this area these days they are a bit hidden :)

Best cake for me based on my youth is the French Fancy but I never really tasted the whole range as my mum would always bake stuff when we were kids

The pink ones.

Asda do a similar one that's covered in milk chocolate but strawberry inside. They're a bit nice. In the 2 for £3 I think.

Blackcurrant and apple pie is the best pie, and it's better than any Mr. K cake.
