The "two votes instead of one" could have been interesting if it'd ended up being just TFF and one townie left. Traditionally that would have ended in a stalemate.

Is this the first time that the town have managed to identify all of the bad guys in advance?

Nah, but it's almost certainly the fastest they've done it.

Aye. I deliberately kept away from anything that I considered overly powerful, because it'd be rubbish to play. You win - big shrug, with that you'd expect to. More fun to have a challenge.

That you essentially gave up didn't exactly help.

On day 3 I hinted there was something you could do (to incriminate Bobby), I'm not sure whether you could have made it work, particularly after the earlier, shit attempt to incriminate me, but it would've been a better shot than rolling over and saying "Hi, we're mafia. Let us win please"

After we block-voted Bobby and he didn't die?

I'm not convinced there was a lot of coming back from that.

Nah, traditionally that's a mafia win.

It was an entertaining game to watch. The Mafia were well scummy.

Amusing that they a double vote, they won on a tie, had a bin to hide in, a fourth member, and still lost! :DD

Curse that Mr Dave (not that Mr Dave)!

Oh yeah, was thinking stalemate for lynching - forgot about the night actions :P

What was the crack with the kill role in this game anyway? Was that stuff you said about the Mafia having a chain of command correct? There's nowt about it in the role descriptions, is all.

What I said was true - so there was a dedicated killer until he/she was dead, then we picked a new one.

If it's of any interest, overnight I protected GazChap, Bobby, GazChap, GazChap.

I regenerated on the third night and became David Tennant.

I know, right?

Although only I could hide in the bin, because I had a night action.

Yeah. When you reveal yourselves to secure a lynch, you kind of need to know that the gain is worth the cost.

Two votes is super-powerful in the endgame, but not really so much earlier on. There wasn't actually a single instance where it really got you anything except the failed Bobby lynch.

Lynching someone who's on one vote when nolynch is on four votes is much more overpowered, in my oh so humble unbiased opinion :p

So I was only targeted once then (when you regenerated)

Yes, slightly odd. I would have thought you'd have been number one target when you blew your load so early. The mafia were not particularly smart in this game. ;)

Why would anyone target a roleclaimed investigator when there's a known doctor in the game? Duh.

Silly us for not going for the guy who was protected (almost) each night.

You would've been screwed had I been around to complete the town vote during your block vote, yes. But until you were confirmed as mafia by dying, there was a case for bobby = mafia, with plausible explanations for the previous days voting.(Trooper can confirm that I had the possibility and scenario in mind)

It would've been a hard sell, and I'm not sure it would've held up under group scrutiny. Although I'd guess even if it did hold up, I'd go for the simpler solution.
But still better than trying to appeal to the serial killer.

Yeah, my role wasn't really intended to stp lynches (in fact I never even thought of it!), but the GM chose how to play the role out, not my fault Guv.

Entertainingly I'd have saved my own life if I'd voted for myself.

Out of interest, what did the other people who targetted Zaphod have done to them?

Nothing as cool as Naked Bin Time with Grim..., I hope.

I actually thought that was my final kill. Maths fail!

Not that it mattered, TFF would have got me anyway.

Great game Troops, thanks for running it. :)

I'm really impressed that I guessed every one of the mafia!
