The Bloody Mary one is best imo

Nope, does nothing for me. It might be a browser issue; I've only got access to IE8 and FF24 here at work.

Are you on the Bing.com site or just using your 'new tab' homepage? It just shows a blank white screen for me when opening a new tab, but if i go to the url it works.

That's cool, but I wish they'd shown more people shitting themselves instead of going "ooh, how awesome".

The new Harry Potter stuff has been released, but it was released on the utterly fucking terrible website that is Pottermore, and you have to jump through a thousand hoops to get to any of it.
So i've just spent 5 minutes stripping the content from the source and dumping it into a word doc for Mrs T.

Here it is in case you want to read it.

Had an awesome day in Manchester with a friend/old flame and now just waiting for Lamb to come on stage and be awesome. Also emailed said old flame to flat out ask her if there's any chance of anything happening between us, after months of dancing around it and mixed messages from her, so God alone knows what's going to come back from that.

Need to go back next week for a 2 hour session as well as the 90 minute one I just had, as apparently I have unusual teeth with more canals in them than usual. That combined with my freakishly high resistance to local anaesthetic makes it a fun time for all involved.

And another 2 hour session next week! Today's was fucking painful. This is all just one tooth, apparently one of the canals is much deeper than usual.

UsVsThem on COD vs a game from 1948 with an 'objective' review

http://usvsth3m.com/post/which-is-bette ... ive-review

Which then goes on to :

Identify games from 1948 onwards , although the options given are not really stretching things :-)

Can you make it to the 'happy end' ?

As if such a primitive 'game' could possibly compete with the originality and cutting edge technology of the Cathode Ray Entertainment Device.

Flicking through the local paper just now I got all excited when I saw a headline talking about a major Civil War re-enactment near Wantage next July. Then I realised they were talking about the 1640s. Oops.

About time I broadened my reading, I think.

Gotta say, I'm not feeling the John Lewis advert this year. It's good, but it's just not that special.

I am yes.

Just found out about some wife swapping amongst the parents in year 6 at the kids' school. The first thing that came to mind was "why 'wife swapping'? Why not 'husband swapping' or 'partner swapping'? That's just sexist". And then gave myself a jolly good talking to for turning into a limp wristed PC lefty like Curio.

I'm surprised you had time for such involved thoughts above the noise of your keys dropping noisily into a bowl as you stood in a pair of boxers and your socks.

Heh. No. We're year 2 and 3, and the parents in those years are much better. Although one of the dads in year 2 just went to prison for holding an illegal rave and then beating up his ex wife.

It's got a surprisingly high offence rate round here.

Oh! Um, the answer at the time was "I'm not really sure, let's get to know each other again a bit more and see how it goes." Not unreasonable given this was only the second time we'd met up since regaining contact after eight years of nothing. Since then we've arranged to spend time together on two separate weekends at the end of the month and that turned into an amusingly casual conversation about how likely we were to just fall into bed together when she stays over at mine on the second weekend. The consensus was: very likely indeed. So, yeah, that seems to be ticking along nicely; although no firm commitments have been made. :)
