Night action: NightCunt is committed to being really annoying, and as such can redirect any player's night ability onto another target of his own choosing, just to annoy them. He doesn't find out what that ability was or even if the player actually had an ability (except from the results, obv)

i'd suggest questions about the ruleset be asked in here rather than the rules thread, as it is going to be just as much part of the game as anything else!
I will reply in here where appropriate. If I don't reply then either there is no answer, or the answer would affect the outcome of the game detrimentally
Additional role info will be released in the rules thread as people die

wtf? Wow! Does the player that nightcunt target know their target has been switched?
So the mafia don't have a kill role? but can make a townie look bad. The neutrals can kill. There are multiple neutrals, are they on the same neutral side? Can the mafia even communicate with each other?

Neutrals are not on the same side, they are independant.
The mafia can communicate with each other as usual

Can you paste the roles in for the start of each day to save having to refer back to a different thread?

Also, morning campers! Looks like nobody died, so this is a peaceful, happy town.

Presumably the neutral people have special win conditions?

In the absence of anything else, assume that it is the same as the town. i.e. all bad guys dead and no kill roles left in the game

Why have we ended up with our own roles - a bit boring, isn't it?

Not if you're NIGHTCUNT or BATMAN or someone else with all caps in their name.

Knowing Trooper they have been, then when you think you are investigating you are actually killing someone!

Says so in the rules thread. Also, sod a 48 hour day phase, I think Trooper's going to need a 48 hour night phase...

First line of the rules thread: I lied, you've all been given the role you suggested

Why is it always down to me to point these things out?

So three Mafia, with a 'confuse investigation' ability and a weird resurrect ability that I strongly suspect will have the target given constraints around how they have to vote/act for the day. No kill
One SK.
Something interesting about John Smith being a neutral, despite what Trooper said about Win Conditions.

No, but it's fairly easy to do some psychology-lite to work out a bunch of them.

But why, we're not allowed to use metadata in MafiaScum, are we?

Agreed, it's a cool name. Makes me think of Dr. Herbert Lengths from AP2.

BATMAN! but no Singham? What's going on in the world? If we've got Mafia in this town, we need Singham to root out the corruption and sort it out.

I'm also assuming that Grim... is voting for me just to test that everything still works, and not out of some continued desire to fuck me

Doesn't this sound like a legitimate way for the town to win and mop up? Boring, yes, but we're all about the winning here, right?

I think we should seriously consider doing it.
