Be Excellent To Each Other

Just come back from a week at the in-laws in Dublin. They have a basic SKY package so a lot of shite plus the Irish and UK standard channels.

One night we were browsing the endless list of not so entertaining channels when I thought I’d search via category. So I chose entertainment and had a look at the options.

We ended up watching a reality show\documentary about a very over weight guy who then gets some US fitness “guru” in his life and loses weight. Not sure if this is a regular show or a one off. There was the usual tears and drama when he had a "relapse " with his eating.

I guess you could class all TV as entertainment but I would have thought that this sort of topic would be more documentary?

When it game to the adverts, during a show about a guy who was probably going to die before his time if he didn’t get his diet and eating under control they were 90% for food!!
