I remember when strawpedoing Smirnoff ice was what the cool kids were doing.

In our day everyone just used to take drugs. It was much safer.

And way more fun.

Apparently it still is.

A few years ago I went to Copenhagen for a VMware conference.

Conscious that booze was expensive, my mate and I ensured that we went to every free food\booze event we could find.

We went to a VMWare one in an Art Gallery which was an very impressive place but the staff just glared at us all night

So we went to a Computer Futures party, they had hired this "cirque du soleil" place in the city center and showed a slimmed down version of the normal acts.

The bar was free all night, we were drinking double Danish measure vodkas and lemonade all night

Problem was a double Danish measure is 70 ml so almost a UK triple!

I must have had 10 or 12 of these and lost the use of my legs when I got out of the taxi and the other end!

Was too messed up to attend the big VMWare party on the last night as a result

Reckon that was not far off 2 pints of spirits but spaced out over 5 or so hours

I am sure a lot of us have drank a yard of ale and survived!

Personally and with no insult meant to anyone here, I think it is tremendously stupid. It is I a publicly accessible social network and recorded for future generations. It also involves or encourages people drinking excessive amounts of alcohol. I think that no one I know from here has taken part in the excesses I've seen as a result of this but as a result of the excesses I've seen from this, I personally wouldn't want my name associated with it in anyway.
I've seen videos of girls downing four blue wkds, spewing over the remainder then drinking four more. It's disgusting, vile, unattractive, not cool, not appealing and generally just horrible.

Its hard to tell what's in the drink as the guy doing it is a semi literate Geordie trying to speak like a rapper with loud music in the background.

From what I can understand its got chilli's, hot sauce and a piece of his own shit among other things.
