But I stand by my suggestion that the town should change it's vote & look at the four players who voted for him in quick succession. Thus my vote for Cras still stands.

Yes & I am sure there are others with only a few posts.
Joans would be my preference for the quiet players because of her comment against Kovac but not voting for him.

cras kringle: 1 (gospvg)
zaphod79: 1 (Bobbyaro)
mr russell sprouts: 1 (sdg)
nickachu: 2 (KovacsC, Santanalian)
kovacsc: 8 (Grim..., Cras Kringle, SilentNight, Mr Russell Sprouts, nickachu, Trooper, DavPaz, zaphod79)

Not voted: 5 (gazchap, squirt, joans, sharp suit, goddess jasmine)

With 18 players alive, 10 votes are required for a lynch, and 10 nolynch votes are required to not lynch anybody.

I have not done a post count, I think that would be delving too much into the metadata category possibly?
Just a quick glance through the thread. Anyhow my preference for a quiet player would be Joans.

But I do agree with the obvious fact that by lynching anyone on day one it will give the town some information even if that may be that we have killed an elf. Thus I am happy to be the deciding vote on Kovac if that is what the town wants.

Can we put the links to the post count & vote count on the first post of each day please?
Easier to find.

The lynch is the town's only power. You really don't want to argue against it.

Yes it is the towns only power but I think we should only use that power if we have a certainty & Kovac has said or done nothing.
I also know that I am digging a big hole for myself now & I should just shutup.

Shut up for your own protection? Don't be a wuss. You've got a good point here.

The town ought be looking at voting patterns and that guff Mr Dave always goes on about. There has already been a surge of voting and an attempt by people to distance themselves from it. We should be looking at that surge and taking an educated punt at one of those rather than someone who has said and done nowt.

& now you are trying to get the town to vote for me?

Sheesh getting stabbed in the back by everyone now, I'm going to fuck off & do some work now & leave the town to decide. I'll be back to cast my vote before 2pm if any deciding vote is needed.

I was joking, by the way! I like talkies and dislike non-talkies so I'd be happy to switch to a non-talky at this stage. Or Nik, who was my punt for Scum in that surge of votes from earlier that no one seems interested in looking at.

Vote Zaphod for justice! He voted, then ran away, like a Christmas turkey! It seems unlikely anyone other than Kov is going to get lynched, but I do kind of agree with gospvg that he is not mafia.

If you and SDG switch to Nik, you might get a better shot at people switching over for a lynch and maybe more information than you would get with a Kov lynch.

I don't really believe kovacs is a baddy and the reluctance of other people to change votes or allow gospvg to discuss this makes me think I'm correct.
However, gospvg named the people who all voted in a rush and missed off Russell. Was that just a mistake? I specifically chose him because he voted in the latter half of that rush.
Anyway, happy to vote for nick just now for the same reasons.

Just checked that & yep sorry missed Russell off, in fairness I did also vote for Kovac.
With only 30 mins to go I don't think we will get a lynch vote in time unless a mass switch to nikachu?
I'm happy to vote for Nikachu because he was in that rush of votes but I still think Cras is suspect.

We are basically voting for whoever Grim... picked as a vote counter test, which is hardly fair, and yet anything is better than a nothing.

Yep I eluded to this earlier but I also think the rush of votes on Kovac, one or more is Mafia

Let's give Grimm the benefit of the doubt for testing the vote system but then he has not unvoted?
Silent night, Nikachu, Cras, Zaphod (Russell also who i missed out) all voted for Kovac in quick succession. I am going to say one of them is Mafia.

However - we really should vote someone out so if the choice is between Nick and Kov we just need to pick one and follow through - however we need to do that in the next 25 minutes

Maybe you should check that unvote works & while you are at it put your vote into the Nik camp?

Why vote for me?

Because I voted for Kovs and can't read?

Doesn't seem like anything there.

Potentially Kov could be bad and bobby and gilly could also be baddies trying to look good.

I don't think Kovac is Mafia he could be another role like scrooge or the demented elf but if he was Mafia they would be defending him. Nikachu is in the list of players who mass voted for Kovac just like you.

No proof just looking at the trend of the votes.
