Indeed. They aren't listed on the stock exchange and have no plans to.
While you will own part of the company, each £95 share will give you 0.00008% of the company (42,000 shares totalling 3.6% of the company).
In the traditional sense, they are valuing their company at £100 million, yet currently have an annual profit of £500k, so even if they did float, there is no way you would get your £95 back in the foreseeable future, not until they are massively larger than they are at present.

It's basically £95 to get a discount, access to the forums, and an invite to a party.

I just bought one its a bit of fun, may be worth something (or not one day)

You also get a £10 voucher for their beer so its £85.

Not sure I'll make the AGM that often its 559 miles each way from my house :p
