I have six full racks of pork ribs and some token lamb shish kebabs because the spinner told me to bring lamb. And homemade coleslaw.

I have sausages and couscous.

I don't know what a rack of ribs looks like, but that sounds like a lot!

I have burgers and coleslaw on my spinner, so i'll get those. Then I'll just improvise...

Total weight is about 4.5 kg. Subtracting bone and shrinkage during cooking should yield about 1.5 kg of meat, maybe a little more.
