Bah, I know a few people here (me included) use this. I did notice a little while ago there seemed to be fewer future releases listed. If you now go to change your package there's no games options, although existing ones still work at present.

Only for new customers, apparently. And you can't change on to the games package if you're just a movies person anymore. Sounds like a phase out to me.

I wonder if they'll see sense and tell everyone who has a disc 'surprise! Don't send it back' or if they'll do the idiotic corporation thing of 'having' to spend on the postage so they can landfill the boxless discs.

I don't actually wonder.

How much are you willing to pay to buy a disc in a crappy plastic wallet, that god knows how many people have had their hands/arses on, that may or may not actually work? Cos if they decided on that route, they're probably not going to pay someone to sift through all the games and put them in proper cases and check the fuckers.

Must remember to cancel the account. I have zero interest in renting DVDs...
