Visits to Craster's house must have flown by when you were a kid as you whittled away the hours playing yet another Sam Coupe puzzle game.

Oh, and Defenders Of The Earth.

I was far more jealous of my other mate's Amiga, to be honest. Although then I went home and played Elite on my BBC and was king of the universe.

Went out after work for some drinks with people. 8 pints later I fall in through the front door. Had some food and then decided that as mrsA had gone to bed a couple of g&s were a good idea. Not good.

Aye, I should do, but I keep forgetting to bring them. I'll set myself a reminder for tomorrow. Good call.

I am actually on a really good team. The other two girls are ace. I do like the new girl mostly, but these couple of weird things are freaking me out. I think she has a lack of boundaries and she keeps putting her hands all over me with no warning.

Can she work with me?

I think i wanted to go for a bike ride this morning. It explains the bike in the dining room, two full bidons and energy gels on the table.

I was there. It was amazing. Everyone cheered so much when Vettel had to retire from the race and I'm chuffed for Webber coming second in his last British GP :)

I felt it dropped off a bit the series before last, but then picked up again in the last one (I don't know what number we're on).

Looking forward to the new one anyway. :)

May have told this story before.

Was doing a shoot with some celeb types in a function room of a pub. Due to power problems in the road the previous day we weren't sure if the shoot would happen. So pub take my number + number of female celeb so they can call us the morning of the shoot to confirm power is on.

So far so good. They call in the morning, shoot happens, all is well.

3am the next morning my phone rings. Someone babbles incoherently down it. I keep on putting the phone down but phone keeps on ringing so eventually I turn it off.

In the morning I check the number. It's the same number that had rung me the previous morning to tell me the power was on. In short it was the barmaid.

I mention this to the female celebs PA. Shortly after I get a phonecall from female celeb herself saying that she'd had the same set of calls just before me and had actually got quite concerned. She hadn't made the connection between the numbers.

Our conclusion was that the barmaid was off her head on whatever and had just started ringing numbers on her mobile.

I didn't believe it, but...

Quote:
Scott meets Charlene in 1986 when he mistakes her for an intruder at his neighbour Madge Ramsay's house. It turns out that Charlene is Madge's daughter, who has just arrived from Queensland and the two have not seen each other in several years. After an initial rocky start, the two fall in love, and even though they face the respective opposition of their two families (The Ramsays and the Robinsons had been feuding for years), the two are married in 1987.
The wedding (episode 523) was first broadcast in Australia on 1 July 1987, and in the UK on 8 November 1988, with the UK broadcast being watched by 20 million viewers. The ballad "Suddenly" by Angry Anderson, which is played over the ceremony, was actually chosen by Minogue as the song to be played at 'her' own wedding.

That'd be why I was sceptical.

Ok.. Kovacs can't speak today above a croak.

Went on Stag do, in Cardiff which was awesom, just too much beer, not enough sleep and too much singing.

Apparently Rugby Players and Norms can mix, and we only broke one of them.... :)
