Hmm... I might actually sign up, it might start me playing games again.

Or you may just pile up more games albeit digital?
I'm sure you have lots to play already, I'm enjoying Forza Horizon & Tomb Raider at the moment.

Heh, yes, but... you know.

I'm going to spend a tenner on a 90 day sub and see if I actually play anything, and then decide from there.

Or i would do if SimplyGames could grasp the concept of someone owning their own domain and using different email addresses for different things. They won't send me the code I paid for, because my paypal email is different to my SG email... (paypal@mydomain and sg@mydomain).

And they have sent through the code!

Which can't be redeemed on a PC!

Shouldn't you be doing it on your PS3?

Why? I can redeem codes on the website for Xbox with no bother.
My PS3 is at home, i'm at work :)

I was hoping to sign up, have a look around, put a load of stuff in the download list, so that when I get home I can just turn on my PS3 and let it do its thing.

Yeah, the PSN integration with their website has never been very good in my experience and I just always assume I need to do it directly on the machine. I actually tried to add money to my wallet and then buy a game via the website recently and it was a total clusterfuck to the point that I just gave up and did it all again from the PS3. I actually had to do the wallet loading a second time on the PS3 because even after the first transaction completed on the website the payment never turned up and I couldn't buy the game. I just resigned myself to having to email them for a refund for the first payment and then it never actually came off my credit card, it was a total fucking shambles. Having remembered all this I'm now going to login to the website just for fun and won't be at all surprised to see a tenner finally sitting there against my account from the first transaction finally going through.

I had a year sub for PS+ downloading all the titles & spent all my time playing the 360.
It's a great idea if you have nothing to play at the moment but I have for too much to catch up on, so did not renew.

Depending on what they do with the PS4 however in terms of subscription models I will buy a PS4 on release.
I don't expect MS to match Sony in terms of PS+ with the live offering, but all to be revealed very very soon.

Hotline Miami is the best game. This humble bundle is actually probably the best they've ever done, I highly recommend picking it up.

I was waiting on Miami to come to the mac, and this is the first I've heard of that happening. Would have bought it full price otherwise.

Think it only happened a few weeks ago. They were probably rushing to get it out for this bundle.

Well as I've got all the other games in this bundle (that I care about) I split most of the money towards the Miami peeps.

Aside: Proteus is amazing! Like a fine wine. Worth savouring.

I suspect the Hotline Miami devs will use your money far more wisely, too. Probably on a huge party with mountains of cocaine.

XCOM? Groovy. I'm glad I didn't pay money for that now.

Everyone must play Uncharted 3 for the "cinematic experience!"

Uncharted 3 is less consistent than Uncharted 2, but still pretty great. The final third is stellar, but it drags a lot on the way there.

Fable 3 - free on Xbox ?

http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/fable-3 ... ve-1575912

Just tried it on mine and it worked - basically on the Xbox go to Fable 3 and its supposed to be listed as £19.99 - hit the change to points button and its 0 points however on mine it is just listed as 'free'

Maybe a big fable announcement later today and they want to give it away or maybe some has hit the wrong button but i'd grab it now if you can

Just tried it and it doesn't seem to be working as it came up full price for me on both Fable III and Walking Dead.

ETA: That's on the Xbox site, don't know if it's different if you try from your actual Xbox?

Possibly, but I've already played Fable III and I got The Walking Dead on the PC cheap the other day so I'm not really bothered. I was just going to yoink on principle. ;)

There's some cheap games in Tesco at the moment.. Whether they're regional or not, I don't know but I picked up Tomb Raider (£15) and The Amazing Spiderman (£10)

Worth taking a look.

I've started reading the time travel one, and was surprised to see it's a lot more modern than I thought it would be. I've not checked the year, but they mention Twitter a couple of times.

The first story was okay, and totally worth the 40p or so it cost me.
