More constructively: who is this friend of yours, what's she saying and why should we be interested in watching a video about her? Don't get me wrong, I and, I'm sure, everyone else totally appreciate you posting stuff you think we'll be interested in but you do have a habit of dumping a thread on the forum with near non-existent explanations which forces people to interrogate you about they're supposed to be responding to. Looking at that video for instance, would it have been so hard to write a post simply saying something along the lines of:
"A friend of mine Kim Spinder did a speech at a recent TEDx conference about quitting using email as a way to communicate and I thought some of you might be interested."
That doesn't seem too much to expect and means more people will actually engage with your threads. This is especially true in this case when you only explanation was a YouTube link which a lot of people aren't going to be able to watch on phones etc so might well just not come back at all.
