Danny Baker retweeted it on Twitter earlier. I still can't believe that I saw what I did when I clicked the link.

Yay, can't wait, first time I have been excited about radio for a long time.

James McAvoy
Bernard Cribbins
Benedict Cumberbatch
Christopher Lee
Anthony Head
David Schofield
David Harewood
Sophie Okonedo

Looks like a good line up of talent for the Radio version!!

This will be a long day. Not as long as the Milan Sanremo on Sunday, but long, nonetheless. it is "Wear a shocking shirt for Comic Relief" day (haha, yes, I do that everyday, you witty people, you) and I have to walk home.

Radio 3 were playing Smashie-and-Nicey style radio sketches ('Baroque FM') this morning.
I bet the Third's more passionate listeners suffered a collective heart attack as the jingle played out..

Speaking of radio, it looks like I might be on World At One at some point, which will be fun.
The main requirement I seem to fulfil for this, is availability, rather than any sort of applicable other thing, like having something to say

Well I remember my first time driving a live show, but not actually speaking on live radio. 8)

My only brush with TV (or radio) fame so far, as far as I can recall, is being in a couple of pictures that flashed up on screen when James May did his TV show where he wandered around with a camera attached for a day. He was on my flight and I wondered what he had around his neck, it made sense a couple of months later when I saw the show :)

This is bothering me now. With the amount of stuff I did I can't actually remember the first live show I ever presented.

I do know the first song playing when I took over the controls as a tech-op for the first time was Rollercoaster by Bewitched. I was slightly cautious on the fade and left the kind of gap I would later berate people for "being able to drive a bus through".

Local radio is too smalltime for me, I've had the exposure to national now, and nothing else will do.

Today I had double curry wurst and fries from 'The Wurst Club', which is an awesome little place near my office serving German street food. A little expensive, but as a rare treat it is zehr gut.

Myp (well, Ange) has sent my old phone back. Yay!

Even yay-er, it's not been wiped, so I have access to Myp's Gmail, contacts, Facebook and Twitter.

All suggestions considered.

Announce on facebook that, as he loves his beautiful wife so much, he'll make her dinner every night for two months, and post a picture of it to a blog so all his friends can see what he makes for her.

I did this accidentally at a hot dog stand assuming the vendor was using a Frenches strength american style mustard. The first bite blew my teeth into my flat cap. I finished the fucker though and ever since my mustard tolerance is very high.
