It was one form, but in triplicate.

COMPLETELY NSFW and probably belongs in the pr0n thread, but technically it isn't porn.

The Daily Mail website had a piece about it so it's almost sort of legit and everything.

Probably a good job I'm at work today - the bucket in our server room filled up by a third overnight.

(We sprung a leak the other day and found out that it's the Chinese residents upstairs pouring cooking oil down their drains and blocking the pipes up)

Just got back from ten-pin bowling.

£15.60 for one game for two adults and a child, which seems rather expensive. Also I was shit and didn't even crest 100, although I was very close but got a fucking split on the last frame and finished with 96.

I thought I recognised one of the guys from works daughter in there, so I texted him to ask if she was bowling.

Check out this exchange, I mean, what on earth did he think I was doing 'three lanes down' from her? Admittedly I did used to do very well out of the slots in there before they removed them all in favour of a big sit-down Party Time thing, but even so.....

There were males (not men, not by a long shot) wearing hats in the curry house yesterday evening.

A friend and I were tempted to take their hats off...

Sat on road bike in the shop today I really like. Reached forward into the drops. "Get out of this, sucker" said my back as it seemed to lock. Mildly embarrassing.

Co-OP's own brand continental lager is quite nice.

"Locally shot" wood pigeons are £3.50 in the butchers near me. I might think what to do with them. Seems a good one portion bird.

You know how we have a Ford Ka? You know how I do not have a bike rack? You know that MrsA and I are getting married?

Please can someone explain to me why I am driving to Manchester to purchase a tandem bike "for the wedding"? Shit knows how this is going to work.

:S Just had a strange experience.

Mrs. Wookie and I walked up the street just now to get some Rekorderlig (ace) and pudding, we were followed to the shop by a mass group of 'youths'. we finished in the shop and walked home, this involved walking through the crowd which is always a bit awkward... and then they were following us again. Mrs. W was nervous but we were on the high street and its a small town, they know they wouldn't get away with much. Anyway just as we turned off the street towards home they shouted "Prince Harry" at us really loud.
If they followed us just for that then they really do have nothing to do!

Well she recently turned 16, so it'd be legal at least, although considering her dad is looking for any excuse to kill any lad who so much as looks at her the wrong way, probably not a good idea.

The place was full of teenagers (she was with a group of them), which is good because everyone's been saying for years that Ramsey needed a decent place for young folks to go - (as well as ten pin bowling it has the usual arcade games, air hockey, pool, etc and a decent sized cafe and internet PCs and a big screen telly and so on) - but they are noisy and excitable and a bit in your face.

We also got one of those 'Shmoo' (sic?) thick milkshakes for AE Jnr, you know they just make those things with half a cup of normal milk, put a teaspoon of some powder in, whip it up with a whisk, and then charge two fucking quid for it?

Ace!

I've only tried a tandem once. I found it deeply unstable. As with kayaks, I think I prefer to control the craft myself rather than get involved with the whole 'co-operation' thing.

I have no idea, to be honest. It is in pretty goid condition, though. Two speed sturmey archer gears, leather brookes saddle. An a rod actuated rear drum brake to complement the brakes. The frame is good steel, lugged and brazed. I have six months to do it up.

I understood nearly some of the words between "Two" and "I"

Easy - guy goes at the back. Chasing your wife's bottom around is an incentive to keep peddling.

The rear saddle is a woman's saddle, which has amused us. The frame is slightly too large for MrsA, but I'm sure she'll cope for when we take it down the red descent line at Stainburn.

I'm trying to work out who made it, there are precious few clues. It is a two speed (Low and high, with a neutral) but that cable is disconnected. Fortunately, it seems to have 26 inch wheels. I will clean it up, and then start with the Vancan, or something. I shall move this to the bike thread in a bit, it was somehting I thought I'd share with the rest, as it is, I think, quite interesting.

If I still have it by then, totally taking it to the cottage. It even fits in a Ka. If you take the wheels off. And don't have any passengers. And don't want to change gear.

I believe it just means that it hasn't been read yet, so you can edit before the recipient reads it. Once it has been read, it gets moved to Sent.

I suspect the tandem is one of these. Which would be almost £1k in today's money.
