Single meeting for the day done by 11:30am, Mrs T was in london so i've had a long lunch, everybody else I directly work with is either on holiday or sick.

How about you tell us what it is?

The font at the top is pretty much unreadable, although is probably a name given the さん that follows.
The 太郎 might be a shortened form of the a slang form of cockroach. Dictionary doesn't help much aside from that.
And the おいしいヨ　tells you quite emphatically that it's delicious. It wouldn't lie.

All the other text is rather too blurred to make out.

Tasty cockroaches. Mmm.

For what its worth, I did ask with something of an explanation of what had been said. She laughed and refused to say why.

This means one of four things.
1. She hadn't a clue what I had said.
2. She doesn't know.
3. She's decided to tease me.
4. You just ate some fishy cockroach.

I prefer to believe it was 4.

(Yeah, I found all that - It was the fact it had the name (and specifically the name, rather than the sound) Tarou rather than satoimo that made me ask. In real terms, it was probably my disappointment that it didnt translate directly to cockroach that made her laugh, so 3)
