Pretty damned good! Just promise you'll re-decorate the kitchen.

God, I need to leave London and get a lot more for my money.

My spider sense is tingling because the garage is upstairs... A fried of mine used to have that at his parents house. It was strange and unsettling.

I think it is cute I think I have any say in the matter. I've sent it to the boss for her judgement.

People tend to not move about as much as in London and that I guess. The people who lived there were probably too busy dying to care so much about the wallpaper.

Edit: Actually it still looks inhabited, hmm.

Lots of places look "old dead woman"-y. That one isn't so bad. might make an appointment. Show willing and all.

Just seen on the news, the footballer kicking a ball boy. I wonder if the Police will do him for assault.

So the player did not put his foot any where near the kid.

Yeah, but it's football. It doesn't matter. It's like how The Rock didn't face any charges when he battered Mick Foley with that steel chair.

That's a nonsense question. You can see the ball shoot out from underneath the little scumbag when the player kicks the ball.

There is no need to kick anywhere near the kid in the first place.

The Vision: It is worth that in sports, there is a "consent to injury" get out clause, so rugby players won't be prosecuted for doing anything that is seen as inside the norm of the game, but will be for doing things that are ouside the norm. So, hitting people with chairs is seen as within the normal bounds of wrestling, whereas kicking a ballboy isn't considered within the bounds of football, especially as the lad wasn't playing so could not consent. Hazard is a knobber for having done it, but maybe the police are happy that he didn't intend to kick the boy, only the bal and that is fine for all concerned.

Could be down to the rules/laws/guidelines of that sport.

He hardly kicked him at all - and certainly didn't connect with his foot. Why the fuck did he apologise? Little shit.

More importantly, wtf was the ball boy doing? If he was purposely being a twat, as it kinda looked like, then he deserved getting a boot.

This. Although I'd be reluctant to call contact with the ankle (if there was any contact at all) a 'kick'.

What does a kick entail then? As far as I was aware moving your leg at speed and making contact with it constituted a kick. Maybe we can rewrite the definition of punch to only mean if you make contact with the little finger knuckle. everything else is a tickle.

Regarding the football:

Swansea were 'winning' and trying to waste time. The ball boy was deliberately trying to stop Chelsea getting the ball, to waste more time (unconfirmed, but it has been reported that he's the son of an important person at the club and had tweeted that he was going to try to waste time before the match).

Hazard wanted to get the game going, as Chelsea needed to score twice. He kicked the ball out from under the kid, which would obviously entail some contact. The kid hammed it up, because why the fuck not? It's not like the football players are above feigning injury.

Hazard and Chelsea apologised, the kid had a chat with the Chelsea team and he apologised for trying to influence the game. Everyone said fair enough.

Hazard got a red card for what he did, meaning he will serve a suspension and be fined. No criminal charges are being filed, though the FA might do something.

Seems to have all been handled reasonably, IMO.

:this: From a distance, it looks relatively innocuous, but in the "ground floor" view, you can clearly see him kick the guy in the stomach.

OK, he might have been going for the ball, but you'd think he'd pick his time and place.

Yes but it does not matter about wasting time, as the ref can add what ever time on he wants.

So everytime in an MMA match when they hit each other with their shins or ankle it's a... what? Kafuffle? Klimptowfer? Leguft? Bonwaft?

They can, but they almost never do. Plus it disrupts the flow of play.

Hazard was stupid, the ballboy was a dick. Both have been punished, both have apologised.

After reviewing last nights footage, I've come to the conclusion that the games gone. Ballboys aged 17, time wasting, then rollin round like ..they've been shot. Games gone. He was actually claiming to be best time waster in the world on twitter yesterday! WTF' that all about? ... Hazard only crime is he hasn't kicked him hard enough...

What does a kick entail then? As far as I was aware moving your leg at speed and making contact with it constituted a kick. Maybe we can rewrite the definition of punch to only mean if you make contact with the little finger knuckle. everything else is a tickle.

"Strike with the foot". It ain't rocket science.

So everytime in an MMA match when they hit each other with their shins or ankle it's a... what? Kafuffle? Klimptowfer? Leguft? Bonwaft?

A blow or a strike.

I find it amazing that someone can hide the ball so as to waste time. What if he had run off with it like something from Benny Hill?

Having seen the Telegraph video he was completely right (although probably not legal) to give the little shitebag a boot. He's literally lying on top of the ball and rolling around to stop the player getting it which is the opposite of his job description and mind bogglingly out of order in the middle of a game. Fuck him.
