Besides which, my head's in perfect proportion to the rest of my body, so the kid wouldn't be getting that kind of genetic trait from me.

Same for me, off until the 7th of Jan.

House loaded with all kinds of booze aside from beer which I'm a bit short on, will fix that tomorrow!

All Christmas and Boxing day eating is been done at family's houses so nothing to do.

Last Christmas before our first child arrives so will be making the most of been able to do what I want for the last time!

Bought some wall sticker sets of animals etc. for the baby’s room

Great as it will provide colour and stimulation, whilst also letting me off the hook re painting the room (walls are white\cream now)

They are also removable so can be taken off on the kids 13th birthday :D

It was nice to buy something for the baby, even though its 6 months before he\she arrives.

My first project for my new job came back today (I'm a graphic designer) and it looks so cool! (If I do say so myself!) First time I've ever done a whole project solo start to finish (including all the typesetting and printing and budgeting and delivery and eeeeverything), and I got it done ahead of schedule despite it having been a somewhat unrealistic deadline - WHOOP!

My consultant was so happy with the materials and my efficiency, enthusiasm and hard work (shortened version of what I was told!) that he's treating me to a business class lounge pass for the trip to the company conference in America next week. Yay! :D
