So, I've got a TomTom ONE 3rd Edition SatNav, and it's properly old and slow, and the maps are getting comically out of date now.

Does anything exist that I could put on it instead? I've had a hunt for open-source stuff and drawn a blank. Basically what I want to do is wipe the TomTom software out and put some other GPS navigation system on there instead.

I put Tom Tom software on my Navigo 4 years ago and the maps are out of date now. Can I find any updates? Can I buggery.

Used to be a site called thePCtailor, which became SimpleSatNav which disappeared where you'd register for the forum and a download area would be visible.

Haven't had any luck finding new software though.

I love the file name, but I'm on my phone so I can't tell what it is.

Is it an animated Turner the worm being sick?

Does this help? Disappearing in ten minutes.

I don't know, to be honest. I don't know what TomToms that will work on.

I'll find out, though. Cheers!

Speaking of sat nav and Dimrill. A couple of years ago I downloaded an Ozzy Osborne voice for my Nana's sat nav. I'm almost certain it was just Dimrill reading Ozzy lines.

Ozzy wouldn't say that either. When he was on Frank Skinner's talkshow years ago he had to think for quite a while to get Frank's joke that only tends to get laughs in Brum.

Because she has E.R. written on the front of her knickers.
