It seems like a lifetime and a half ago! DocG's masterful Mafiascum MCing, suddenly BBQ weather, and that limbo streamer thingy.

Curiosity made a board game which is a bit like Munchkin but you go up a mountain of paper mâché using a player piece made from your own avatar. Best.

Just thought what you were talking about. How have they been designated 'Russ's' prize?!! Why not team-mate Malc, or Joans?

Malc was trying to get it out of the blister packaging then someone near where Grim sat down to play Mafia. That this is where Grim then sat down may or may not be significant. Grim..., check for the handle.

Good games last night, though I was flagging early. Just need some sleep so we don't end up having to sleep at motorway services like last year :(

Also had a headache since I got here on Friday. Boo. :(

Apologies - my tired mind is awake and at work :-(

The suggestion was that GJ had been looking for the prize instead of 'everyone' looking for it.

The prize has not been named but from the posts that both GJ was looking for it and that you took it to bed (and it would not be boring) would suggest :hat: is an appropriate dimlie here.

Ah, I get you. Starting to wake up now.

The prize for the team that came first was anal beads. If GJ has actually lost them one of the features on the packaging was a handle 'for retrieval of the lost'.

Also, it's Sunday. You appear to be doing work wrong.

Well, back at work after what was, once again, an awesome weekend. Thank you to Curio for organising it, Craster for cooking wonderful food, and grim... for shooting me in the head within a minute of my walking through the door.

Further thanks to everyone who played games with me, I especially enjoyed totally changing time with people, even though we're now all stuck in APOD's nightmarish version of the world. Sticking a chicken on MrsA's head was good fun, as was the game the night before when we almost got the rules correct. Mafia was brilliant, and I'm the ticket to ride world champion after an excellently close game between us all.

You're all wonderful.

I was in bed for 9pm last night...

Pretty much :this:, although thanks to everyone also for not shooting me in the head the minute I walked in through the door, or indeed at any point during the weekend :P

Curio: Excellent board game, good work! (see also: the quiz, Mafia, organising the whole shebang)
Craster: Top nosh - I'm normally not massive on curry but it was lovely, as was the pulled pork.
Bobby: You deviant, slimy Italian.

I think I was still drunk when I wrote that post, as I don't remember writting it, so now it's history as it didn't really make sense anyway.
