Ah right.

You don't get a bag of grey letters you have to put together and paint yourself then.

Was it red clear you used or just clear clear over red paints?

Very wet result.

Clear red, wait until tacky and stipple to create texture. Then when dry do another splodge of clear red and smoke mix for the clotted congealed look.

Wow, Dimmers. That is gorgeous, in a completely repellant way.

Love the Aircobra, Z. I've got one of those in the stash. Man, I really need to pick up a paintbrush again but boardgames and being a lazy bastard are really eating my spare time.

I do need a nurgle backback (the standard Chaos one doesn't look right on the Death Guard marine) and a normal space marine backpack though.

Would anyone want any poorly painted (and likely) badly assembled WH40K stuff? My mum and dad said they found a load of my brothers old stuff at home, and he isn't going to want it. From memory there was a tank and a load of space marines (possibly plastic) all painted blue. I seem to recall he used the official paints. He's seven years younger than me so i guess this must have been around.....17 years ago?

Very nearly at the end of Phalanx now.

Still a very enjoyable read, loads of action.

I'll have to track down the other Soul Drinker novels now, Dimrill.

The kits themselves are brilliant to build. Fully articulated and everything just clicks together. All parts are in the 'correct' colours too. Keep meaning to paint and weather one though, either one I have built already or one of the two 'fresh' kits I have in my stash.

Finished Phalanx last night. Bloody good.

I quite fancy some Warhammer novels now for a change from the 40k stuff. Any recommendations? (Or files :ninja: )

My plan of collecting/painting a set of mounted Chaos Lords is almost complete. Still a bloody Tzeentch disc riding bastard to get that isn't stoopid money. Are they the most popular Chaos faction or summink?

I like the Finecast Herald but he's placky and the others I have are metal...

Think I may have a few of the old disk rider miniatures kicking around in my parents attic, I used to have 2-3 of them, will have a look next time i head back to south wales (not sure when that will be though).

Also have 4 full armies for Warhammer (Orc n Gobbo, Skaven (including a warp fire thrower and the wheel thing), Undead (with a skeletal Dragon) and Empire). Think I am going to have to dig those out and get painting again.

I've got "some" of these, but not enough to equip all my nurglies. So I'm thinking of buying a mould making kit and some resin.

Here is what I found with a quick look. Sorry the photos are so bad, but I only had a a rubbish camera and the music of Don Caballero was making the cat act like Godzilla with the little chappies. i also found some rule books and rather pump looking cardboard scenery. I had to add them in a gallery as my photos were too big to upload, and i was too lazy/thick to resize them

if you need photos or details of any specific bits let me know.

I can't see the pics here so I'll let you know later if there's any thing I like.

If that's ok, obv.
