Progressive rock is a it like Jazz but without the intelligence or the skill. To participate, you need a haircut that makes a statement. Generally this statement is "I'm a ponytail attached to a wanker". Bingley itself is a small town in Airedale. it is well served by rail and road. Bradford isn't too far away. The pub was small, had a few tables on a laminate wooden floor. Beer was in kegs, racked behind the bar. As it should be.

Sadly, I became engrossed in "How Do", a free magazine catering for the artsy types in the Bradford area. It had very many interesting articles in it, and decent listing of films by the person that did 'Spirited away' that are to be shown soon. They did mention needing a bassist, but I'm too cool for them.
