My PC would not turn on the other day so I took it apart, and a to my horror, other than a damaged power switch (fixed). One of the plastic lugs holding the CPU heatsink and fan had broken.

Two options.

Buy another identical / similar motherboard, not sure where from as it s a few years old (not ebay).

or

Upgrade MB,CPU and memory.

Any suggestion on how I get a replacement board as funds are tight and I know it will be about £120 to do the upgrade.

Any other suggestions.
