Ooh, where is that from? As a child of the Jurassic Coast, with a geologist brother, I'm a fossil nerd once removed.

eBay.

Or, Morocco, via Gloucestershire, via eBay. I grew up along one of the most fossil rich sites in Europe, and I've just always wanted a trilobite. I have a bit of a thing for them, so it's actually really, really exciting for me, even if it is a relatively small specimen.

So yay! Russ and I can be 8 year old girls together :P

I think they're great, especially because they lend themselves so well to 8 but graphics and things like that, so we bought a huge tub from Ikea (top tip, Ikea sell 1kg tubs for either £3.99 or £4.99). We have some Pacman and Mario sprites in our hallway, too.

And I made this cactus

8 Year old girls may use Hama beads, Gazchap, but they also wear shoes. Does Mrs Gazchap also give you hassle for wearing shoes?

Also: pics pls! (of beads, not shoes)

Also, more pics, charts, etc here: http://www.eskimimimakes.com/2012/08/fo ... -hunt.html

Good work, Russ. Really impressed with that.

Also, has anyone noticed that Russ is in Scott Pilgrim? It's just come to me now. He's Scott's sister's boyfriend, who ends up with Wallace.

Apostrophes!

Those beads look ace! How do they work then? Do they stick together or do you stick them on a board?

You put them on a little peg board which gives you the correct spacing needed, cover the back with a piece if baking parchment/silicon paper (included) and then iron it for a few seconds to fuse them together.

I entered a text-in competition on the Danny Wallace breakfast show on Xfm this morning, got on air, and won tickets to see Frank Turner, Billy Bragg, Mystery Jets, Friendly Fires and some other - as the missus would say - 'indie shite' this evening in Camden! I did make a massive, collossal tit of myself live on radio though.
