Well, that was an awesome weekend.

Spent almost entirely in my garden enjoying food and drink, playing with the kids and having friends and family round. About time we had some decent weather. Keeps me of eBay and out of model shops. :)

Download a new holidays file for your Outlook then. It's been moved to Tuesday for the lovely Jubilee.

Roped into a street party.

We're down for making a loafs worth of trump butties and paper plates.

Half the street put up their decorations yesterday. 8)

Wedding on the Saturday, then spending the rest of the time at a re-enactment.

Amusingly, a 'Volley by combined US and CS battalions in honour of Her Maj' is on the schedule for one of the days. Wonder if our ECW friends are doing something similar.

No bank holiday for me today :( Although, every other fucker seems to be off... Two of my friends have text me so far, asking if I want to go for a barbecue this afternoon. And we don't get any public holidays next week for the Jubblies. However, it's TT week next week so I'm off anyway. We get our Jubbly day in July, when we get a Thursday and Friday, so I'm not complaining too much. Except about the people who get all of those days off because they're cunts. I'm looking at you, teachers and students...

Though the fact that the nurse I saw this morning told me to stay at home and rest for a couple of days to try and shift whatever virus is probably wrong with me isn't very confidence-building at the moment.

To avoid spreading it to others, make sure you don't sit in some kind of metal cylinder with a recycled air system or something.

Someone at the BBC cannot tell the difference between reality and Halo

http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2012- ... ogo-for-un

Image

BBC News mistakes Halo UNSC logo for UN

Quote:
BBC News has accidentally broadcast a logo from Halo during a news report on the ongoing conflict in Syria.

The blooper occured in the background of last Thursday's One O'Clock News, in which presenter Sophie Raworth discussed the real-life United Nations.

But the logo shown on-sceen was for the UNSC - Halo's fictious United Nations Space Command.

Facebook user Luke Mair nabbed an image of the error when rewatching the programme via BBC iPlayer. The programme has since become unavailable to watch due to the BBC's standard day limits.

Hahahaha! Cocks!

Now do them for copyright, as they clearly took the image from the Internet without permission.

The Mooragh Park was lovely this afternoon, if that helps.

(The density of MILFs around the water park was stunning, I nearly had a combobulation in my pants.)
