I take it back, it is much easier to flick around on the hard tracks, it's just a lot more unstable on the flat out easy tracks.

The new curved tracks with the spinning camera really fuck up the ability to judge your landings. For a physics based game, fucking around with your point of reference isn't a good idea.
As more and more people play this and get past the shiny, I expect it to be an issue that gets more and more complaints. The Gigatrack level in particular is a nightmare because of it, on some of the jumps you have no idea which part of the scenery is the bit you are going to land on.

It was weird at first, but once I got used to it, it wasn't an issue.

I've been through that stage and come out the other side Thought it was weird at first, got used to it but now i'm getting into going for faultless runs and golds on everything, it is really annoying.

I guess it's just a case of learning the tracks and knowing where these transitions are.

Sewage Plant is an utter cunt of a level, I've only managed one run that has no faults, and that was by far my worst over some of the steam pipes. I could knock another second off that easy, if the steam pipes weren't so annoying.

Did you beat my time? Definitely the toughest of the medium stages. But still not that hard.

You're not wrong there - I gave it a quick go this morning and I'm bottom on almost all of the tracks once the difficulty ramps up past idiot level must try harder....

While I'm here, that instant restart button makes it hard to switch the bloody game off. I feel like one of those pigeons constantly pecking the reward button, so much so that I keep pressing it even when the one I wanted was the "restart from last checkpoint" button.

The multiplayer is great. We should do a Beex night!
