Only if it goes dirt cheap really quickly. Which it will. So yes. Maybe.

If I can still love Dead Rising despite all its flaws, this should be easy (once it's final release code).

Yes I will be buying it.
On release? Not unless some on-line shop does an offer otherwise below £20 by then i'm hoping it will be patched a few times to iron out the creases.

USE A TROUSER PRESS !!

I like it.

A nice, more simplistic and faster moving version of fallout, mixed with a bit of dead risings "DIY weapons" and L4Ds sprinting meathead zombies.

Good fun so far.

If this isn't £4.99 in the Steam christmas sale, I'll eat my hat.

Plus they might have fixed it by then too.

One to file alongside Duke Nukem Forever I think.

currently free for 360 and ps3 with subscription to Empire.
Worth a punt in both regards.
Sub is around £35 depending on payment preference.

Must say, just played about 15 minutes of this round a friends and I like it. It may actually be a purchase. Just not sure whether to go PC on this or make it one of my increasingly few and far between console purchases, considering the hoohah surrounding the shoddy Steam release.

after playing it a few more hours earlier, its starting to get a bit samey. A bit too much like Far Cry 2 was.

Get a mission
Find a car
drive miles.
Kill or find something specific.
drive miles back
collect reward

Rinse and repeat...

I'll play it a bit more tomorrow and see how it goes.

RPS like it quite a lot:

£10 or less on Steam and I'll have it.

A friend of mine who is known for putting up with rubbish games bought this on Friday.

He hates it.

I expect I'll really like this... once it's a tenner.

My interest level is rising with everything I read about this. Looks to be selling out all over the place, too.

There's not many new releases in the last 2 or 3 years that I've been less attracted to. Even the ones I know who are really liking it are admitting that it is basically what Mr Hobbs said.

It's got to be better than Far Cry 2.

I have this, it is better than FC2 (no surprises there) and co-op works nice. I like :D

This is our current Monday co-op game, the quest tracking has bugged out a few times so custom markers help but otherwise so far so good.

This is reet good so far.

It's Condemned, plus Just Cause 2 plus Dead Rising. Sorta.

The only thing ruining it so far are the stupid characters and voice acting. I wish I had a few people to smack zombo's though. :(
