I'm fiddling with the mobile site to try and make it work for our WP7 users.

Can one of you buggers give it a try when I say go?

Note that the existing mobile site may stop working for a bit.

Note that if you scroll the page with your finger before it jumps to the right point, it isn't going to do it.

Is it a workaround, or did you 'fix it'?

Workaround - it uses Javascript after the page has loaded.

As a new wp7 user (woo!), what's the mobile site again? I'd ask my old phone except the screen has gone mental, hence the new one.

Can I just raise a thing about the mobile site for iPhone? It's just that on the main list of topics on General Discussion it only shows one page and there's no option to move it onto the next page of threads. Just sayin', like, as I wondered if it was supposed to be like that or what really. Anyway, love what you've done with the place. Are those new curtains... etc

I think I raised that point when Grim.. First introduced the new mobile site. It would be useful but I've only missed the ability to check other pages a couple of times.

Anyway.. That Lumia 800.. Is that a 24 month contract? I'm tempted to get one next month so it's good to hear that it's a good phone! Feel free to fill my head with good things about it.

Yeah, two years I was determined to go sim free but four hundred quid versus three quid a month over my current tariff and 500 meg data included was impossible to refuse.

I'm getting used to it now. It's fairly unintrusive as an object, slick and smooth in use and the data-centric thing is great. It's just the keyboard, gesturing and editing that are quirky.camera seems alright too.

Battery life is unimpressive but I suppose I am messing with it loads and I'm used to lesser devices. Call quality unknown at this point.

Call quality's good. I'm settling down with the screen now. Camera's okay. Recommending it to Helen, who keeps stealing it to play fruit ninja.

I've changed the "normal" mobile site to include pagination on the forum page, and also made the topic/forum "buttons" entirely clickable / touchable (rather than just the text).

Get a Windows Phone. It works with that now.

That's the site I'm using and I'm using it on my work PC.

Strangely, some topics work. For instance, the Paypal topic sends me straight to the last unread post but not this mobile site thread.
