You pick one song, and that's your jam for a bit. You get a playlist of songs from people you follow, and yours gets pushed out to your followers. It can search Youtube and other places, and artists can upload mp3s directly.

This seems quite an interesting idea! Although it isn't letting me in at the moment as I'm not friends with the cool kids.

However, the title of this thread has lead to me singing "This jam is my jam" to myself, in a Woodie Guthrie style.
