A battery pack, I would assume. It would make sense that if you were going to provide a visual overlay, you'd build in a pair of earphones too - so a power lead running into your pocket would be no different to a headphone lead that you might have today.

How is this meant to work? I sort of get how normal HUDs work but they're kind of bulky, I don't understand how you'd get an image projected onto/appearing in a normal-looking pair of glasses that would appear in focus.
