I have a mate at work who wants to buy one of these.

It must work with a Drobo though.

Anybody have one of these and use it with a Drobo? Is so does it play mkv etc ok via the USB

I have a boxee and a Drobo, but my Drobo is connected to my iMac via USB, which serves that content to the Boxee over ethernet.
