Search Google for "wheelchair hire" for your location?

Do you need it for reelz, or for fancy dress or something? Shopmobility can probably help with the former, but I imagine they'd give you a stern look if it was the latter.

Is it for an amateur dramatics production of Dr Strangelove? That would be awesome, although the bomber scenes would be hard to reproduce in a small community theatre.

Ah, but the guy who plays him has to be dead. That's the "theme".

How soon do you need it?

Ebay if you want a cheap one, you can then re-sell it for the same price, or Costco sell them I think.

Find an elderly person with mobility issues and then rob them.

Build one yourself from a bike and bits of junk that you've scavenged from the tip. You could pretend like you are on scrapheap challenge.

The risk of it completely falling apart while you're rolling would only add to the hilarity.

For added meanness you could get a copy of this...

and as a subtle joke for the friends of yours that are a bit twisted, you could break the spine... and see how many of them "get" it ;)
