Edit: the app has crashed twice since trying it out again for the past ten minutes, and the one post I made (completely plain text, not a reply, nothing special) appeared blank. It's a fucking dire piece of shit software.

I'm with the people who don't see a need for an app. Mobile skin works ok (aside from the bizarre, yet mostly inconsequential attachment cascade)

For the few things it doesn't do, it's easy enough to drop to the main skin temporarily by altering the address.

Oddly, for me it hardly ever crashes nor suffer from any real weirdness - I'd say less crashes than Safari in general, and that's not often. Combined with the ease of use (even just the proper text-box instead of a web form) it's just generally vastly better, shame it's not being stable for you.

I have never had an issue with the mobile skin. Works perfectly well on my phone, and even on the kindle.
