Why, thank you.

Thanks for a really awesome day. It was all kinds of epic. I'd like to have stayed longer, but Zio was being a loved-up pussy and apparently on a promise from his lady friend, so we needed to leave.

We've just gotten home, NO MORE DRIVING PLEASE, I've spent more time in the car over the last three days than enjoying myself.

I have absolutely no good pictures, not that I could hope to compete with Kern's work:

Wonderful seeing you all, especially romanista and TK-421, who are both extremely excellent. Thank you to Grim... and family for their hospitality.

Lovely awesome Beexers, thanks so much for coming.

Thanks also for the mountains of food and alcohol you left behind (including some shrink-wrapped "meat" that I bet Craster swore about). We've just eaten some of Trooper's sausages and Bobby's marinated chicken (yes, both barbecued).

We've also inherited a grey cardigan, which we think is Mrs Meaty's.

Longer post, and some pictures, soon.

A good guess, but perpetually cold Mrs Meaty assures me that she only brought a black hoodie for warmth, and she had it on in the car on the way home.

I shouted "FUCK" halfway across Toddington services car park.

Grill them for about 10-15 minutes.

So, thanks to Romanista for coming such a long way and bringing awesome peanut sauce, thanks to Craster for making MEAT and to Mrs Craster for helping with the cooking and handing out of food (and the construction of one of the barbecues), thanks to Miss Malabar for going nuts in the kitchen and making so much stuff I can't list it all (and I think Malabelm helped), thanks to Mr Chris for a) turning up, b) providing much mirth as he tried to put up a tent, and c) for cleaning up after he was sick on my drive.

Further mentions go to Bobby for being the world's worst firekeeper, to Jazzy and Joans (maybe) for also going nuts in the kitchen to make awesome kebab stuff, to Meaty and Mrs Meaty for driving miles and being super-special-surprise guests, to Zio and TK for battling through car trouble to turn up, to MaliA for bringing (and leaving) MaliAle, to MrsA for not turning straight back around as she was greated with a chorus of "fuckhead!" and to Baby Curio for being the youngest Beex Meet member ever.

And to everyone I haven't mentioned, but I'm knackered and going to bed soon.

Photos!

Naked flame and beards are a bad combination, I'm kinda glad I left early. Though it wouldn't be the first time someone has set my beard on fire.

Wedding weekend has caused me to never feel as hung over as I do today, so from the look of the pics it is almost like I was there. BoozePool is the future.

Garn, looks like you all had an awesome time. Good job I had a top day at the civil war re-enactment, or I'd be simmering with jealousy.

Ace pics by the way! FIRE! :)
