Yesterday, walking home from the bus I thought I saw a women the distance remove her skirt (don't get too excited she had tights on) she then started walking up the hill that I use to go home. I eventually caught up to her. She was wearing a white blouse with thin blue stripes, had a black cardigan on top of this, and then on her lower half she just had these tights, they were semi-transparent too...

Nothing was left to the imagination, and she was either wearing a tiny thong or she was commando under her tights.

My phone makes a noise (and there doesn't appear to be a way to turn it off, unlike others I have had) when it takes puictures so I didn't feel I could take one to back this up, plus I would have felt a bit weird doing it any way...
