This is quite the nifty little Crackdown-em-up, isn't it?

I'm really enjoying it, perhaps not as much as I enjoyed Crackdown but far more than I did Crackdown 2. The combat is much better than Crackdown and parts of it give me the same dizzying vertigo feeling.

I did recommend it (with caveats) at the time.

The sequel is good too, more of the same with some of the annoying bits removed. The climbing seems a lot easier too

I thought it was a bit rubbish, and the annoying bits far outstripped the good. I gave up in frustration/boredom.

I think getting it for free has probably made me more forgiving of its faults that I might have been if I'd paid for it. Also not having read virtually nothing about it means I'm not looking for the problems.
