Not liking nuts at all, peanut butter is lost on me. I cannot fathom people who don't like pineapple on pizza though. If your pizza has a salty, preferably spicy pork product on it (eg. chorizo, salami, prosciutto, pancetta, n'duja), then the sweetness of the pineapple contrasts with the meat in a pleasing fashion. If your pizza doesn't have a salty, preferably spicy pork product on it, you need to re-evaluate your life choices.

I don't mind (smooth) peanut butter but never buy it.

I reckon that's just a lie, you know. Why do so many people have nut allergies, including peanuts, and you never hear of anyone with a bean allergy? Why can you buy peanut oil, hazlenut oil, and walnut oil, but you can't buy any bean oils?

A good question. The most likely reason is that peanuts are in pretty much everything, or used to be until everyone started exploding when they looked at them. Overexposure could have caused more allergies.

Personally I just think people these days need to man the fuck up a bit. "oooh oooh, I have a peanut allergy!" Just fuck off and eat it you pussy.

Having suffered from a severe dairy allergy when I was younger, I can say that it really irritates me when people say they have allergies when they're just fussy eaters.
