Photoshop help request

Would anyone with photoshop skills be able to help me touch up the attached photo to lessen the red around the eyes/nose please?

I can't do it, but I'm fairly sure a higher res picture would make it easier, if you've got one?

hmm, Im told this was cropped from a bigger image.
If I cant get something useable, thanks anyway. Waiting on the original to be sent.
