Hello friends.

Beex Week is going to make a return and this is how it's going to work (open to suggestions, natch):

Every week, a volunteer will be designated the Beex Weeker. POTW candidates will be PMed to the compiler (via the Beex Weeker group), who will frame the results in an entertaining way and publish on Friday.

As I suggested this, I will take the first week. Any older posts from the last week can be brought to my attention also, as there's been a gap since Kern's sterling efforts.

Afraid not. 2 reasons. Firstly, genuine reports get lost in a sea of POTW reports. Secondly, if you have to PM instead of clicking a button, you're more likely to save it for the best of the best.

So is this one of those "reboots" I keep hearing about? Are we changing Beex Week's origin story?

I'm going to retcon BeexWeex to say it was developed in the midst of a nuclear apocalypse after its parents were killed.

Will they be archived on bits.of.beex and the award-winning gaming site UptoJump.co.uk?

And I'm going to RETCON that a mere week afterwards to be in actual fact almost exactly the same, but with a different cast and not as good. Ala current Hollywood trends.

It's just about nominating (by PM) any post that stands out for you by being informative, entertaining or funny each week.
