I'll be posting back Dead Space 2 tomorrow and wondered what to get next, so what do you think?

Have you played the LEGO games? LEGO Batman ruled my world for weeks.

I haven't actually, well, apart from a Star Wars one in Gamestation at a demo stand. It felt like it wasn't a real game though somehow.

Crysis 2 is excellent. And much better than the first one, which didn't appear on proper grown-up consoles, only rubbish spod-machines for squealing man children.

Bulletstorm is loads of fun and is perfect rental material since its not very long and you need a code for online.

Not a bad choice. Crysis is like a less gay Halo but with the same insultingly bad storyline, with a very likeable multiplayer that reminds me of the old FEAR multiplayer with the CoD perks but killstreaks toned right down.

How long to do get these rentals for anyway?

Games are boring. Especially Crysis. Watch a good film instead. Like Liquid Sky. Except they won't have that. Maybe Breaking Glass then. No they don't have that either. Deathstalker 2 is brilliant.... and unavailable.

Oh well just get Save the Last Dance then.

Well, Crysis 2 was at HIGH PRIORITY and Castlevania was at MEDIUM PRIORITY when I sent Dead Space 2 back.

Just have to wait and see now, this is so exciting!

I've sent Castlevania LoS straight back.

Seems like a very poor Bayonetta to me.

I'm sorry Zardoz, but you've completely missed the point that game. I thought it started slow enough but was beautiful. You gradually get more abilities, more shit to fling at people and more animals to ride. It's more of an action platformer with more in common with, say, Uncharted than DMC/Bayonetta cept for using a similar combat system.

The story is utter guff of course but with a campaign coming in at 20-odd hours there's plenty to see and do. And it has some pretty cool Shadow of the Collosus style bosses.

Personally, I liked it, but it hasn't got instant appeal outside the lovely graphics. Shame you couldn't spend more time with it.

Still, Crysis 2 next right!

Yeah, my work colleague said I should have stuck with it too. Beautiful? I thought it was ugly from what I saw.

The thing is these days, my gaming time is small compared to how much I used to have and as such I have to be ruthless with what I choose to play. Castlevania didn't do itself any favours by following Vanquish, Portal 2 and Dead Space 2 which are the last games I've played through to completion. They were all awesome to the maxsome.

Yes, Crysis 2 is next on my list.

Crysis 2 was excellent but Shadows of the Damned was shitty tits.

I've requested Child of Eden next, should tide me over nicely until Deus Ex: Human Revolution is out.

I'm waiting for the PS3 Child Of Eden as I reckon it'll be ace with the Move controller (just remembered I've got it pre-ordered with a t-shirt for £14.99). I might actually buy the new Deus Ex game, unless it gets shocking review scores.

I'm thinking of signing up to LoveFilm. Is their streaming service any good? HD? The "Unlimited" package with two disks at a time and unlimited streaming looks like a good bet. Sound good? The reason I'm interested is because I've finally got a dongle for my Samsung Smart TV and we can get LoveFilm through that. Does anyone use it through that? Is it good? Can you basically rent any games within reason? I think I'm the only person in the world who hasn't used a service like this before.

Google for codes and you can probably sign up for a three month trial.

I certainly bloody hope so! I'm pretty certain it's at least 54Mb or something like that. What sort of connection do I need? It streams iPlayer in HD.
