In one of those scary real life meets the internet things, it seems Curiosity knows someone who I might know, but certainly someone who knows alot of people I certainly know. And haven't spoken to for 18 years.

I was wondering if something like this would happen. Facebook is ace for that. It turns out that one of my feyonce's colleagues was out drinking last week with my cousin. We only know this because Facebook made the link.

One of the people I met from Grim...s Little savages game turned out to be the ex girlfriend (and still good friend) of one of my bestest friends. Which was a bit wierd. Who also happened to know another guy I met randomly on the internet.

Aye- similarly, there's some mysterious person there who *very possibly* is friends with someone I went to school with, who moved to Cornwall when we were about 15.

One of my best mates went travelling for a year (he just got back last week). While he was out in some foreign country, he ended up making friends with (and adding to Facebook) a girl that my sister lived with at University. Which was odd. That kind of weird thing happens a fair bit. I like it.

I went to primary School with lots of people. Most of them seem to know a bloke called Mike. I don't know if I went to school with Mike, or met him when I saw these people again later. Mike seems to know almost all of southeast England.

I had a friend called Jonny, who seems to know lots of people I meet over the internet.

One of Grim...s friends knows someone who knows one of my uni friends.

I think a similary short route could be taken between me and a certain Mr Campbell.

I deleted mine a while ago. Surprisingly awkward process, actually. Deactivating your account only stops you from logging in, so to properly get rid of everything you have to join some group and use their automated email thingy to send a message to the Facebook staff requesting that your account be jihadded.

Who is Madison Horn, Sheepeh? Pornstar or something? One of my friends is also "friends" with her apparently, and given the fact that the friend in question is an utter twunt I find this somewhat hard to believe unless she's one of these attention-seeking Faceporn types.

A wee bit, yes. I'm wondering if I should change all my details on Facebook page, including my name, and put up a profile photo of me with a Phantom Of The Opera style mask on my face, so I can claw back some semblence of internet anonyminity. Or however that last word there is spelt.

I'll be creating a new profile for anonymity. People I've actually met can be proud and delighted to move from my anonymous to non-anonymous account!
