If Flis gets some Perspex for her Secret Santa present, she shouldn't be surprised.

Ooh, yay Mark! What a cool scan pics they are! The last one is slightly troubling though, with the freaky baby eyeball socket. Babies are pretty ace, congratulations!

Hehe! Well done Mrs. Malc, that is quite an achievement! I'm not so sure she'd appreciate being pushed down the stairs, though.

My arse has stopped vomiting!

Really enjoyed the curry last night. Really tasty and not too hot either, but by sweet Dimrills beard, it burned up on re-entry.

The curry was delicious, not excessively hot, and it wasn't washed down with booze either.

But my GOD, I've been bad this morning.

Thanks! But yeah, there're always things we can do to improve, so I have started on a strength and conditioning programme. Eight weeks of bulking up, then another eight of getting lean, but trying to maintain the new muscle.

Not bulky enough. Next!

I want shirtless pics of all of you. Stat! (what is the meaning of stat, btw?)

I have no yay to add to this thread. Oh wait! I bought some lovely fabric to make a quilt with so I have something to distract me from the eating over Christmas! I just hope it arrives....

"Stat" is a contraction of "statim" from Latin, meaning 'right away'.
