any of you guys use bootcamp on their mac? what windows version works best on it? and where is a cheap place to get that..

I use it, but I only use the Windows 7 demo, just for the MAME challenges really for pad support.

I need a proper version too.

You're best best on the legit route is an OEM version (64 bit, natch)

Something like this

If you were a student (or could get a student email address) you can get a single user license for nowt. No help for our Dutch cousin though, sorry Roman.

MacMAME always used to support pads when I were a Mac user. You can download drivers to make the Xbox 360 pad work on a Mac in OS X also.

Lost support with Snow Leopard for my 360 pad. I had it all working beautifully. :'(
