So I bought Pinball FX2 (yay!) and Super Meat Boy (double yay!) which totals 1600 points.

If I spend 800 points today I'll get 800 points back in november (due to the 'spend 2400 points in Oct offer').

But there is nothing I really want. So I'll let you guys decide - what should I buy? XBLA and DLC only.

Currently I'm pondering Scott Pilgrim...

Does it have to be on a full game? Could you not just download more Pinball tables? (assuming you haven't got them all already)

Hmm, could do. I've got 8. There's the Rocky and Bullwinkle one and the streetfighter one. I could get those, but they never appealed. I'll check which I haven't got.

I normally ignore game DLC but I have the DLC for Fallout 3 and RE5, is their any other DLC for 'proper' games?

I thought I'd flukily downloaded Pinball FX2 for free the other day. Imagine my dismay when I discovered that it was nought but a disingenuously-labelled, hard-sell trial version!

Hardly. I think it's excellent that you can import your PFX1 tables for free (and get achievements for them again). It's not like Arkanoid that didn't tell you that you've only bought half the game, or that Hasbro monstrosity.

Plus the new tables are great, and I think 800pts is perfectly reasonable.

There's lots of decent DLC out there, depends what games you have though... I just splurged this month on Paradise Island DLC for Burnout, The Writer for Alan Wake, The Passing for Left 4 Dead 2 and Peggle Nights DLC... so there's lots out there.Just think about which of your games you liked more than a bit and wish you could play a bit more of, then get a DLC pack for it.

Agreed. If you've got the first game it basically says: Hello have a free massive upgrade to your game with amazing leaderboard stuff that makes it fun all over again. For free.

Oh aye, it's a nice deal. I was just surprised to see that the price was "Free" for what appeared to be a full game. Not for long, though!

Mmm, just 'hard sell' seems a bit much when you're not actually forced to buy anything at all (obviously on the proviso that you own the first game).

The Red Dead Redemption zombie campaign DLC is 800MS.

And it's great!

If you've got that - get this.

Or wait for the disc version with all of the DLC combined.

I needed to spend more points and got costume quest and space invader infinity gene, and like what I played of both. There is outrun too, which is great (but you may already have).

Mega Man 9
Castlevania: Symphony of the Night

Also, 1,200 points:
Darwinia+ (although I’d say the PC versions are better)
Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light
Monday Night Combat
Shadow Complex
Limbo

Sure you have some of these already though.

Nah, if they're charging full price for the disc version it'll be hidiously overpriced. All the DLC is going for 1600MSP at the moment. Plus, I daresay that most people won't be bothered with the different character skins or boring new weapons so the stand-alone zombie campaign is fantastic value for money if all you want is to return to John's expertly written single player world (and who doesn't!).

Plus, I've played three hours, and it is simply, brilliant.

Or do what LewieP said and get Limbo. 'cause it's just majestic.

Yeah, Get Limbo if you're the kind of person who likes having a cheese grater rubbed against your forehead without warning.

I didn't like Limbo.

Get Comic Jumper! It's hard.. but good!

You can't moan about Limbo and then recommend Comic Jumper of all games. It's really funny but hardly as memorable. Limbo is in a different league.
